The Beginnings-Mental & Fitness E-Book was created by two sisters for their love of mental health and fitness. The Beginnings represented their new steps to change and hold each other accountable. This E-Book was created for you to get started and not feel overwhelmed with the thoughts of change, consistency, and being intentional, however, for you to have a starting point to endure.
